In this category you can share your Luger Optik experience with others. What countries did you travel to, carrying your binoculars? Which rare bird did you watch using your spotting scope? In what situation did the optics help you?
Every month we will hold a random drawing with all the submitted stories and we will hand out an LG 8x21 pair of binoculars to the winner. We will also send a LG 10x25 pair of binoculars to the writer of the story which will be selected by us to be published here. The contest starts with the start of our new website in April 2008.
All email and address information will be kept confidential and not passed forward to third parties. By sending us your story, you allow Luger Optik to publish your story. |

Story of the month
Long range Schießen in England

Long range shooting in England
"Last weekend I was in England for long range shooting (600 and 1000 yards). The Luger XB spotting scope was very fine. For comparison we took a 100€ spotting scope of “XYZ” with us, that was quiet good, but for that price you cannot expect a really good and convincing quality. The third spotting scope we had with us is a very expensive one and has really good optics, but a very exhausting eye relief, you have the feeling as if you stick with your pupil directly to the lens. The Luger XB has a more comfortable eye relief compared to the expensive spotting scope of “UVW” and a better price…. The Luger is definitely the “field test winner”."
